Terms of Service
The agreement
By creating a Tastii account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One person per account; please don’t share credentials. You must be at least 13 to use Tastii.
What Tastii is
Tastii is a discovery and rating app for consumer packaged goods. Brand and product information is curated by the Tastii team and submitted by brands. We don’t sell products directly — taps on “See on …” links take you to the brand’s own website.
What you contribute
When you rate, review, or add to a list, you grant Tastii a worldwide, royalty-free license to display that contribution within the app and associated services. You can delete your contributions at any time.
Don’t post anything illegal, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
No objectionable content or abuse
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Don’t post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and don’t harass other users.
You can report any rating, comment, or user from the “⋯” menu next to it, and you can block any user from their profile. We review reports and remove violating content and the users who post it within 24 hours. Email support@tastiiapp.com if you need help.
Brand and product information
Product details (descriptions, ingredients, prices) are provided as best-effort accurate information sourced from brand websites and brand submissions. We make no warranty of accuracy. Always verify on the brand’s site before purchasing.
Outbound links and purchases
Any purchases you make happen on the brand’s own site under their terms. Tastii is not a party to those transactions. Tastii may receive affiliate commissions on outbound clicks; this never affects what you pay.
Disclaimers
Tastii is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tastii and its operators aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use.
Termination
You can stop using Tastii and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
